THE PROCESS
Yarn Procurement
We procure yarn from the best spinning Mills in Karachi. The yarn quality & strength is then tested in our lab after which it is stored in our in-house warehouse. Our dedication to quality extends to our in-house warehouse. Once the yarn passes our stringent tests, it finds a home in our purpose-built facility. This ensures that the yarn remains in prime condition, ready to be transformed into the premium towels that define S.A.F Towels (Pvt.) Ltd. legacy.
Weaving Process
We have the latest Toyota Air jet JAT 810 E-shed looms (2022 Model) with an average rpm of 650 & our current weaving capacity is Approximately 3,000,000 Pounds/Annum. We are planning to order 6 more Air jet looms in 2024. S.A.F Towels (Pvt.) Ltd. proudly features the 2022 model of Toyota Air Jet JAT-810 E-shed looms, boasting an impressive average RPM of 650. This cutting-edge machinery ensures precision in every weave, delivering towels that redefine softness and absorbency.
Wet Processing
We use the latest Reactive-Dyeing imported machinery operated by our trained technical team. We insure that there is no variation in different lots. Stitching & Packing
Latest Juki computer controlled sewing machine. Single/Double needle stitching machines. Overlock stitching machines.
